Weekly Bulletin
Don Newman, Pastor of St. John’s UMC, will be leading a team to Puerto Rico May 14-21, 2020 to help with the recovery effort due to the devastation of Hurricane Maria. The team size will be 12 people that will be divided into 3 “work groups” each day. A general scope of the work includes installation of: zinc roofs, wooden beams, interior and exterior doors and bathroom and kitchen cabinets and sinks. We may also be removing damaged items as well as waterproofing concrete roofs. The team will stay at one of 5 campsites. Team members must be at least 18 years old and be prepared for simple accomodations. Background checks and personal health insurance are required of all team members.
